- This card can be searched by "Meizen the Battle Ninja", "Ninjitsu Art of Dancing Leaves", "Twilight Ninja Shingetsu", "Ninjitsu Art Notebook of Mystery", "Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo", "Ninjitsu Art of Duplication", "Infernoble Knight Captain Roland", "Wake Up Your Elemental HERO", "Iron Knight", "Exchange of Night and Day", "Dharc the Dark Charmer, Gloomy", "Chaos Zone", "Rescue Ferret", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.
- Discard high-Level "Ninja" monsters with this card's effect, so that they can then easily be Special Summoned with "Twilight Ninja Getsuga, the Shogun".
- If there are both this monster and 2 "Twilight Ninja Shingetsus" on your field, a semi-lockdown can be created. Since your opponent will not be able to target any "Ninja" monsters for attacks or card effects (due to the effect of "Shingetsu" protecting each other) nor to destroy "Ninja" monsters and "Ninjitsu Art" cards with any non-targeting card effect (such as "Raigeki" or" Dark Hole").
- Keep in mind, however, that this lockdown shares the weakness of the "White Dragon Ninja" & "Safe Zone" combo, since your opponent can still bounce, banish or shuffle monsters from your field with non-targeting effects and your "Ninjitsu Art" cards can still be targeted (although not destroyed) by card effects.
