Cedar Mill (シーダー・ミール Shīdā Mīru) is the thirteenth Card Professor in Yu-Gi-Oh! R.
Although he is not named in the Yu-Gi-Oh! R manga itself, he is identified in a sketch included in Yu-Gi-Oh! R volume 4: "Return of the Dragon".

Etymology[edit]
Cedar Mill is the name of a location in Oregon, as well as the codename for the 65nm version of Intel's Pentium 4 microprocessor.
Biography[edit]
In Yu-Gi-Oh! R Duel Round 32: "The Resurrection of Pegasus?!", Cedar encounters Yugi Mutou and Gekko Tenma running down a corridor. Yugi switches to Dark Yugi, who Duels him. Most of the Duel is not shown — Yugi easily defeats Cedar using "Slifer the Sky Dragon".
Deck[edit]
Although none of his cards were seen in the manga, Volume 4 identifies his Deck as a "High-Tech Marionette" one.
