Faker, Dr. |
Dr. Faker is a Duelist Construct of Dr. Faker from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL series in the Virtual Dueling System. He is also the opponent that the player faced in Stage 15-3 of the ZEXAL Campaign mode in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation. The player has to defeat him in a Duel in order to unlock the next stage and progress Campaign mode.

Appearance[edit]
As a Duelist Construct, his appearance is based on Dr. Faker, and the appearance and looks comes from the time where he undergo a full-on mechanized transformation during the World Duel Carnival in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime series. His mechanized transformation is a plot device that is left unexplained in the ZEXAL anime series on whether his body is also part machine, android, or cyborg. On the left side of his face around his left eye area is where he supposedly have his Duel Gazer. The Duel Gazer is a device that allows him to see and watch the augmented reality setting of a Duel.
Etymology[edit]
The name "Dr." refers to the title Doctor which is used as a designation for a person who has obtained a Doctorate (e.g. PhD). In the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime series, Faker is refers to as a doctor due to his scientific knowledge and engineering prowess. The name "Faker" comes from the term "Faker", referring to "one who fakes something", or a "impostor" or "impersonator".
Rewards[edit]
There are a total of six rewards that the player can earn and received after defeating the Duel Construct in a Duel. The first two rewards are cards that come from the Duel Construct's Deck and the third reward is a recipe for their Deck. Then the fourth, fifth and sixth rewards repeated the same process of the three earlier rewards, but in a harder difficulty with a different Deck. In addition, the sixth reward will allow the player to have the Duel Construct's avatar and the ability to Duel them anytime between the two difficulty.
