I'd like a classic Ritual Deck based on Lycanthrope as the triumph card, and by classic I mean without the Djinns of Ritual. It's the first time that I'm going to build a Ritual Deck, so any suggestions...?

When you say "without Djinns of Rituals", it sounds funny. Honestly, they're just about the best ritual support cards out there. Do you like locking your opponent out of special summons? Well, then Djinn Releaser of Rituals is the card for you.
I'd also advise a high monster count and some copies of Magical Merchant. Runer5h 22:39, January 24, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

My friend made a deck around this once. I'm afraid to say, I can't remember many of the cards. However, he did include 3 Atlantean Pikeman, for some reason.--Akiza Izayoi 22:52, January 24, 2010 (UTC)

You can use gemini monsters in your Lycanthrope deck since they count as normal monsters in your graveyard and thus meet the requirements for your main monster.--Raventheblack 23:27, January 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • OK, I think about it. It's going to be really hard...

I thought of a normal monster deck with a bunch of low-level normals and Heart of the Underdog that would benefit from Lycanthrope. You would have 3 each of Oppressed People, Charcoal Inpachi, Atlantean Pikeman, Volcanic Rat, Water Spirit, and with you, x3 Lycanthrope. Then I had x3 Heart of the Underdog, Triangle Power(s), Sword of the Soul-Eater, Order to Smash, Pot of Avarice, Cry Havoc! and a whole bunch of other cards from the Forum:Normal Monster Deck page. The deck was designed to draw like crazy, swarm, destroy stuff with low-level normal monsters (clear the field), your monsters die, then recycle them and repeat. With Lycanthrope, however, you can do the first four, don't recycle them, get out Lycanthrope, attack opponent's life points and kill em.

You would probably want to take out a few normal monsters for the ritual support...74.243.131.104 16:48, January 25, 2010 (UTC)
