Forum:Vehicroid deck

I made this deck recently but haven't tested it yet. It looks good to me but could really use some help to make sure it is. Suggestions are more than welcome.

  • no Cyber Dragon: no overload fusion---> because "jumbo drill" is not a dark machine fusion monster, it is an earth machine fusion monster.if you have graveyard, you must use Expresroid, and why not "prisma"??XD deck nice, as Master Yoda would say.

Ok, thanks for the overload mistake, as for prisma, it's a great idea and I'm not playing expressroid because of chain material. i rememeber when i had my "roid" deck, i used "soul rope" because all roids monster are lvl4 .Also i used "hero signal" and search "prisma", i made graveyard with it and then i summoned "expresroid"! so i think that you won't need "battle fader"/riko lightsworn.

  • One question...to make the combo with "chain material",do you have to active it during the time you are making a fusion fusion?

You have to activate chain material first, then vehicroid connection zone so you can search for the monsters from your deck, hand, field or graveyard. The fusion material monsters get removed from play but the fusion monster can't be destroyed by spells, traps or monster effects. So chain material can't destroy it but you can't attack when summoned. That's why I think their won't be roid monters in the grave but I may change truckroid for expressroid to find out. Also, if I have ryko and summon expressroid I can get a huge hand advantage and be able to use vehicroid connection zone without the help of chain material more easily. Sounds good right. I've been testing the deck out but it has a major problem. It's cool to get a monster that can't be destroyed by spells, traps and monster effects but the deck is proving to be too slow and the ryko's are hurting me more than helping me out. If anyone knows of a way to speed this deck, please lmk.

To make it faster, replace the Burdens with Machina Armored Unit. Trust me, they speed up the deck by A WHOLE LOT. Replace your Rykos and a Fader for some more Earth machine type monsters like Scrap Recycler, and Machina Peacekeeper. With Machina Armored Unit, you will always b guaranteed with field presence. Replace a Sarcophagus with a Reinforcement of the Army to grab those Prismas, and maybe even put in a Elemental Hero Stratos. Soul Rope has got to go. Some spells & traps to consider adding are Heavy Storm, Dust Tornado, Trap Dustshoot, Dark Bribe, and Starlight Road. Good Luck --Skiesthelimit (talkcontribs) 03:25, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
