Editing Heartland Duel School

Heartland Duel School, as its name suggest. It is a duel school in [[Heartland City (ARC-V)|Heartland City]] of the [[Xyz Dimension]]. Its purpose is to train Pro Duelist, much like [[Leo Institute of Dueling]]. Not much is known about the duel school so far.
