Change in colours

We're currently using the same colour for Limited and Limited 1 and the same colour for Semi-Limited, Limited 2 and Limited 3. That's fine for the statuses that can't appear on the same lists, but a problem for Limited 2 and Limited 3, which can be used on the same list.

We could take the Forbidden, Limited and Semi-Limited colours from the db.yugioh-card.com, use them for Forbidden, Limited/Limited 1 and Semi-Limited/Limited 2, and keep our current colour for Limited 3. But the DB colours aren't intended for having dark text (or text of any specific colour) on top of them, so we could increase their lightness by 50%. However some of the result colours might be too similar.

If anyone else wants to experiment with adjusting the lightness/darkness of the DB colours, just change the lightness value (the last number) in the HSL values.

Forbidden	hsl(0deg 100% 43.14%)
Limited	hsl(26.87deg 96.17% 59.02%)
Semi-Limited	hsl(40.2deg 96.21% 58.63%)
