Rie Yamatani, known as simply Rie in the English version, is a character appearing in the Tag Force series. She is an Obelisk Blue student.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4-6, her name is given to Peta Kelvin.

Appearances[edit]

Rie is energetic and hyperactive. Her lines in the Japanese version are lighthearted, constantly using wavy dashes and stars.

Tag Force[edit]

Defeating Rie 10 times earns the player 1 copy of "Exchange".

Rie partners with Maki for the Tag Force Tournament.

Tag Force 2[edit]

As part of an optional random event, Rie and Maki Tag Duel against the player and their partner.

The Japanese title of Rie's Decks in Tag Force 2 and Tag Force 3 is a play on the expression 虫の居所が悪い (mushi no idokoro ga warui), "ill-tempered".
