Decks[edit]
In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force, Rune uses a Deck focused on summoning "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys" and "Vampire Lord" and protecting them from battle, forcing the opponent to destroy them with card effects and have them revive during the following turn. Rune also uses several Spell and Trap Cards with effects that trigger upon being destroyed as well, which can be set off by himself or by his opponent.
In later installments, as "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys" is no longer Limited, Rune focuses exclusively on it.
