Name Origin

Aporia's appearance

Aporia looks sort of like an evil "Elemental Hero Neos".

Aporia's Deck

Is it really reasonable to include every card used by the three emperors and every duel they fought into his deck list? When Aporia dueled against Yusei in the WRGP he kept on using everything left by Jakob. The field, the graveyard, the lifepoints, the hand... it is just logical to conclude that Aporia also kept on using Jakob's deck. Furthermore, most of the cards used by Aporia were Grannel parts, cards included in Jakob's deck, and only one Wisel part.
In my opinion we should remove Aporia's Turbo-Duel decklist and put every card that was used by Aporia during the duel into Jakob's decklist. What do you think about this idea? Poseidome (talk • contribs) 16:25, December 23, 2010 (UTC)

I agree. In the WRGP, he just took over from Jakob. He was using Jakob's Deck, not a new one. The Deck Aporia is using against Leo, Luna and Jack seems to be his true one. Since it is a Deck Aporia used, it should still have some mention on this page. Either by adding something like "see also: Jakob#Deck" to the Deck section or listing the cards here too, but either way, Lester and Primo's cards were not part of the Deck, so shouldn't be listed here. -- Deltaneos (talk) 15:31, January 9, 2011 (UTC)

The Real Aporia is different...

than the cyborg fusion 'Zetsubou" freak. we see the old elder Aporia's corpse when the cyborg is being fixed by ZONE in 137. so an article should be made of the human original Aporia and the one actually seen in the series.--98.117.165.233 (talk) 18:36, December 28, 2010 (UTC)

Decklist, redux

The Decklist is once again listing nearly every card used by all three embodiments. I really don't think this is the right way to do it. Stuff like "Infinite Spirit Machine" shouldn't even be listed, since it was clearly Lester's card. One could argue that Aporia using one Wisel part indicates that he combined the Decks. It could also simply mean that Jakob's Deck contained Wisel parts as well. We don't know which is right, but we do know that he used it. I think the Decklist should only show cards that Jakob and Aporia used (or were shown in their hands, if there any that were shown but not played). A brief blurb could simply be written in the Deck description that it's unknown if he combined the Decks or not. Any thoughts? Cheesedude (talk • contribs) 19:54, January 27, 2011 (UTC)

Aporia's Affiliation

While it is true that he fights against ZONE in 146, he isn't really on anyone's side. So IMO, his affiliation (sp?) being Team 5D's just isn't correct, since he's just fighting to show ZONE hope, and Team 5D's how strong ZONE is. He's not actually on their team.

I'd say he's more of an anti-hero than anything else.

Telepathy

I dont think we have enough evidence to conclude that Aporia is telepathic. What we do see is that he can talk to Zone without moving his mouth. But he's a robot... he probably has a speaker somewhere and doesnt need to actually lip-form his words.

Parents

Where was it that he had 2 Afterglow? I only ever remember one. Even with his luck coming from Placido, it's near impossible for him to win anyways(except I beat Red-Eyes with Machine Imperials???). I'd like evidence, if anything this seems more like his Tag Force 6 deck, considering I play a lot. Then again, I haven't even finished him, so what do I know? #TeamPlacido(Signer)
