kaiba uses that effect and yeah it is an anime effect if it had that effect for the whole duel it would be better then a god card as it doesnt have to stay on the field. ~ Anonymous user

Here's hoping this is released in a normal TCG set - a valuable addition to ANY deck that has a monster suitable for the tribute!

"English - USA Only"

I've noticed the SJC print is considered to be USA only, but it was given in Europe in National Championships and Fortune Series; shouldn't it be considered English - Worldwide?
