wtf, seriously, you guys have an article about that. Police is one of those everyday jobs where they justify the laws. We have them. Almost everywhere, even in other manga and anime, you would see them. It's too minor. It's so minor that it's 1/x (x → ∞), unless it's related to the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL plot, then fine. I have no idea why LastMinute rambled like that... The page is fine, though it could use an image and some other things, of course. But now that you've created the page, you need to incorporate links to it on other pages. You told Cheesedude you saw a link somewhere, but nothing links here.
