Forgot to say "Limit Over Accel Synchro" literally means +/- going beyond excepted; in this case above Delta Accel Synchro. I guess that's what makes "Shooting Quasar Dragon" "Limit Over Accel Synchro Monster" in the anime. But if he really was that it would require at least 3 non-tuner Synchro instead of 2 for Delta and 1 for Accel. Overall, if 3, the hardest monster to Summon in the maybe more harder than "Armityle the Chaos Phantom".--Wasn't (talk • contribs) 21:36, May 2, 2011 (UTC)
