Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's Descriptions and other Opinions

-Neo Galaxy-Eyes looks more muscular than its original form and is more black colored. I glad its not a three headed dragon, though I don't how Kaito will summon it since it requires 3 lv 8 monsters (maybe Yuma helps out). I think Zexal has something to with it. I was right about Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's next form being an XYZ monster but some of us and myself thought it was going to be semi-normi effect monster card but i like how it looks and it's ATK power rivials both B E U D and Rainbow Neos. --69.181.60.66 (talk) 23:24, January 11, 2012 (UTC)

It could be a plot element card that he only Summon other specific conditions, sort of like HOpe Ray. Hopefully it is. It if isn't, it's just another failure of sense in ZEXAL. Cheesedude (talk • contribs) 00:02, January 12, 2012 (UTC)

Kaito didn't have "Neo Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon" back then. In fact, if I recall, the episode 43 summery says Kaito's and Haruto's feelings awaken a 'new power' inside Kaito, and then the next sentence Immediatly says "Neo Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon" appears. Also, I don't see that it said "This card can using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as Xyz Material to Xyz Summon this card, blah blah" - this card's Xyz Summon still same ever if Original Galaxy-Eyes is as Xyz Material or not. Effect

Wouldn't this monster's first effect that comes from Xyz Summoning it using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" be a Continuous Effect? Golden Key (talk • contribs) 22:07, February 13, 2012 (UTC)

I agreed with Golden; as seen that it's work like "The Fabled Unicore"... which required exact hand numbers to negate other cards' effect, and it's still continuous on that page. --FredCat 22:10, February 13, 2012 (UTC)

I think its effect is supposed to work similar to how Junk Warrior's effect works (i.e. it only negates cards that were face-up the moment it was summoned). I'm not positive though. --> Summoned Skull 2: Electric Boogaloo 22:12, February 13, 2012 (UTC)

In episode 64, when Tron used the effect of Number 69 to use the effect of neo galaxy eyes, Tron said that he can only attack MONSTERS up to the number of overlay units detached. Should the anime effect be changed to reflect this? Neos01 (talk • contribs) 20:24, August 26, 2012 (UTC)
