you do not return premature burial to your hand. If the monster gets returned to your hand form a different effect, premature burial is destroyed and so is your monster. Any ways this card is banned.

You guys really can't read, do you. He means if giant trunade returns premature burial to his hand or something like that. And yes, if premature burial is returned to the hand the creature it seems is not destroyed as premature burial hasn't been destroyed. I have a stupid question: Why is Monster Reborn limited and this card banned? This card is obviously the weaker out of the two.

In my opinion, this card is Forbidden because its easier to recycle than "Monster Reborn". For example: if you use this card, you can return it to your hand with cards like "Giant Trunade" or most of Mist Valley and Ice Barrier cards, then you can Special Summon another monster. Also, its cost is too low, and you can use "Spell Economics" to avoid the 800 LP price. How many cards can you use to recycle a Normal Spell Card? "Magician of Faith" is also Forbidden. "Magical Stone Excavation" needs you discard 2 cards. Remember "Call of the Haunted"? Similar case, Forbidden because of the "Makyura the Destructor"+"Dark Scorpion Chick" OTK. If you have more than one copy of Spell Reclamation, then you are basically able to recycle any card if you combo it with Mask of Darkness.
