Where is Traditional Format?

• The Traditional Format list hasn't always been the same as Advanced in the past. Additionally, on the official website here: http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/forbidden/advanced_current_new.aspx the list hasn't changed. So I was wondering if either:
• A) The list really hasn't has changed in Traditional. (Due to corporate ineptitude or otherwise.)
• B) They have officially stated that the two lists are the same except for Advanced's forbidden cards being placed in Traditional's Limited.
• C) They have officially stated that they have finally decided to kill Traditional.
• D) There is a new Traditional list hidden on the official site somewhere.
• Until I can have some kind of confirmation on B, C, or D, my local tournament has to assume A. Sorry for having a vague first post. 69.206.139.118 05:35, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

• Boy, Breaker the Magic Warrior sure keeps flip-flopping on the Forbidden list. I guess I can see why they Forbade Premature Burial along with Call of the Haunted, with all the Graveyard effects going around these days it would make it too easy to have a Revival Party (but at least we got back Monster Reborn after all these years...amazing, that). Forbidding Destiny Hero - Disc Commander is going to put a severe kink in Destiny Hero decks, which is really too bad, but I guess it was too abusable for people who knew how. E-Hero decks got hit pretty hard too, with the limiting of the Fusion Deck size... But the one thing I know is, nothing ever stays the same forever. They'll keep tweaking it to make it fair for everyone. Just look at Jinzo! He went all the way from Limited to Unlimited again and now he's even got upgrades. Speedball 12:10, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

Also i feel semi limiting DAD and JD was abit low they shouldve been limited atleast what with the DAD decks and lightsworn making these things WAY to easy to summon

I use a monarch deck. What would be a good replacement for 1 Cyber Dragon? Someone told me about a monster that you can special summon but it needs a magic or something like that, does anyone knows this monster?

Is any of this real?

Is this all real info? Or is it just some trick done in order to reserve the powerful cards for the pros? I mean, seriously. Why not just ban all of the cards used in tournaments? Why not just ban the Blue Eyes White Dragon and Dark Magician? Why not just ban all the cards used by Jaden Yuki, Aster Phoenix, Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba, Yusei Fudo, and all the others? I understand Banning the Egyptian Gods, but why these? Why not just ban all the cards and discontinue the entire series?

Limited List

Dandylion is not limited yet, according to Upper Deck Entertainment. But since they never update there site anymore (They still havn't realized Crossroads of Chaos has been released yet), i can't be sure. Can someone figure all this out.--Mr.Archfreak 02:05, 3 February 2009 (UTC)

• It will be Limited as soon as it is released. So technically it is Limited right now. The lists are worldwide, so if it's Limited in Japan, it'll be Limited as soon as it hits the TCG. The site just needs an update. --Bluedog (Talk) 03:14, 3 February 2009 (UTC)

Next Ban list

The next ban list is coming soon and they might limit Allure of Darkness by User:Vanharo

I can understand limiting allure of Darkness personally but I swear UDE/Konami are going to have a full riot on their hands if they don't do something about glad beasts. Before I say anything more I have a full glad beast deck that is going nothing except gather dust (all except Prisma who I now use in my neos/Yubel deck) and I still don't play with it because I found it boring *Attack, tag, attack tag* and I now use a lot more unique deck types like my Dark Magician/Destiny Hero one. They better do something about glad beasts.
