They even were nice enough to DATE it.  I think this also confirms Star Strike Blast as a a set by proxy.  I swear Stardust and his forms get MORE AND MORE Freeza like.  First Freeza as a dragon, then Freeza as a Panzer Dragon, then Freeza crossbred with Tekkaman Blade or an Orbital Frame, now Freeza's Final Form 2 as a Dragon with Optimus Prime's face.  Btw - LeArk of DMC and Janime gave a translation on Formula Synchron as well:

This ALSO confirms that it IS indeed Shooting Star Dragon in Believe in Nexus that the picture is straight from it (at the moment Stardust is transformed).  Also, we know it's a Level 10 seeing as Stardust is 8 and Formula is 2.  So can we get to removing all these "unconfirmed" blocks on the articles (especially Star Strike Blast)? ** What you just said makes no logical sense.  It's not even something someone should even question if they are thinking properly.  A:  It always says that, you get options in how to form your levels for something like this (unlike Dark Synchros).  B:  That's not true that Level 2 is the lowest.  It's the lowest level you can do for one Synchro Summoned naturally as you have to combine two monsters.  HOWEVER, there's nothing wrong with ADJUSTING the level of any Synchro, including to 1, treating monsters (including SYNCHROS) as Tuners (hell, Lightwave Tuning on [[Armory Arm|Arms Aid]] makes him a Tuner, so another Synchro - adjusted level or not - is Accel Synchro ready as well as any Synchro you can get away with.  Also as well as (what I hope Konami does) to have cards be treated as Synchros, just like we have cards you can treat as Tuners or even Normal Monsters.  A card treated as Synchro can also be a Tuner anyway and thus avoid the huge strain on resources.  There's a C point, but in writing out B, I forgot it.  It'll come to me. I was thinkin of this before , If Its a Fusion of "Stardust Dragon" and "Red Dragon Archfiend" that will be Lovely..... Instead of "Shooting Star Dragon" I would call it "Red Star Dragon" or ? But what may really happen is Stardust dragon and Red dragon archfiend probably get new modes, Maybe with a Spell card this time...Who knows? It will have a Deeezed Effect?

Well the Dark Synchros have just come out as normal synchros. And the dark tuners are litterally Dark attribute tuners...they just did away with the whole negative level, which I think would have been cool to have. But our Accel Synchros, I'm pretty sure, will stay true. The cards tend to follow the anime now and if that's what's big, then that's what we'll see in upcoming sets. Konami is trying everything to make the game less complicated. As you see, they didn't release dark synchros. Instead, they released them as regular synchro monsters. 

Because of this, i highlly doubt that accel synchro monsters will ever make their way into the TCG\OCG. I believe that this will continue to be an anime exclusive type.

I very well could see Shooting Star Dragon as a Synchrofusion.

It's funny you bring up that standards are CHANGING and yet in a very hypocritical fashion say that Accel Synchros are impossible right now.  Things can change... what a strange concept.  No, you didn't say it was an effect, you said they have no Speed, EFFECTS HAVE A SPEED, that is why things that ARE in fact summoned during opponent's turns do so on the chain. The effects of summoning them, not the summoning itself.  If one wants something to work, they just word it to work.  Before it was a rule that you needed Fusion cards to actually pull out a Fusion, that changed.  Before, you couldn't activate Magic on your opponent's turn, that changed.  Before, everything on a card was just an effect or flavor text, that was changed and now some things are clarified as conditions for added rules.  Let's not even get started on the creation of PRIORITY because we all know didn't even exist until Chaos.  Before you couldn't send Tokens directly to the Graveyard if that is where they had to go, THAT WAS CHANGED WITH SYNCHROS and JUST FOR SYNCHROS.  When it becomes explained, we won't even have a choice in the matter.  Whether we get it or ANYTHING AT ALL in the future just the same as it has it been, it's on Konami's whelm of whether they think we can figure it out without... oh I don't know, bitching about it too much because some people don't grasp or cope with change too much.  It's not about can be done for them, it's their game and they will add in whatever the bloody hell they want, it's about do the trust us to get it (unfortunately, it's amazing how lazy people are about a simple matter of subtraction, but negative numbers were just too much). This summon is treated as a synchro summon. You can activate this effect during your opponent's turn. But this still wouldn't avoid the infinity monsters! Incidentally, they are still teasing us, as any attempt at seeing the effect text is heavily thwarted on both the stone tablet (and the name isn't even in Japanese, or any language) and the physical card in Yusei's hand. I was watching the subbed again, and I realized it's still not actually confirmed that Zone gave Shooting Star to Yusei.  No doubt it was to USE it, but all we see is a white card and Zone says it was "the REQUIREMENT" for Clear Mind, or simply put, the Accel Synchro.  The requirement for a Accel Synchro is a Synchro/Tuner which Yusei hasn't had until now and let's face it, he has to get BOTH cards. * UPDATE:  I did at least catch what I could with another program.  Yusei did use at least 2 new cards.  One that had Necromancer in the name, but I couldn't catch it all due to the glitching in the program and one called Rescue Warrior that he used to attack ME Wisel Infinity with that retrieved Stardust for him.  Also can confirm ANOTHER Insert Song called "Clear Mind" (name confirmed from the credits) that plays for most of the sequence before and during the summon of Shooting Star. I can also finally confirm the white card given to him by Zone was Shooting Star, so I will change those pages accordingly.  Once someone gets some decent screenshots, the effect will be easily read so long as it wasn't obscured.  Even with the program I was using, you could see the text without anything obstructing like a thumb or hand, but it was a LOT of text.  Unfortunately, that's all I could get on memory alone and I missed the first 12 minutes getting a new stream option.  I will post my notes from my other forum here.
# Shooting Star WAS the card given to Yusei by Zone... HOWEVER even Yusei didn't truly know if that was true as the card never came into focus for him until he finally was going to summon it.
# Placido is a cheating fuck... oh wait, that's not a secret, but when you make a TORNADO to destroy the city and keep Yusei from beating him, you are truly a cheating fuck.
#  To anyone who can get the screenshot, Shooting Star's stats and effect should be well readable.  I unfortunately couldn't even catch the ATK stat reveal when it was summoned as the program decided to glitch there, so I only heard the "warping beep" sound effect that plays when a monster is summoned and stat is shown.  It was a LOT of text on the card though.
# Aki ends up having to rescue Haruka from the storm without her powers (maybe she's being tested as she has been dependent on her powers for years, even abused them).
# Next week, the Emperors gets in your face, but it looks like they will at least explain themselves directly (to Yusei and perhaps the rest).
# Yusei uses (to my knownledge) at least 2 new monsters.  One I missed the summon of called (something) Necromancer.  From the effect, he used it to summon back Formula Synchron.  He also used a card called "Rescue Warrior" which he used to attack ME Wisel and when it was killed, it somehow retrieved Stardust Dragon from Wisel's grasp.
# I can't really confirm this, it might have just been Yusei not trying it or not feeling confident enough to NOT screw up again, but he only tried the Accel Synchro this time on Placido's turn, but that doesn't CONFIRM that you can only do it on your opponent's turn.  After all, Bruno was going to do it on his turn as well and he did it alone before entering the Battle Royale with Yusei against the Diablos Army.
# Lastly we have ANOTHER INSERT SONG.  A new one called "CLEAR MIND" as said in the credits.  It plays from before Yusei actually does the summon (when focusing and everyone is cheering him on) all the way until the end of the episode.  Incidentally, for the long wait on even seeing the dragon, the summon was definitely worth it, but moreso because the song makes it TRULY dramatic and heartpounding. After reading the effect, if it is its confirmed as its anime effect, how is it supposed to counter the Machine Emperors ability to absorb synchro monsters? I get the part about being synchro summoned on the opponents turn but after that there's nothing to stop its from being absorbed again.


machine emperors are based on parts and combining attack points but with one part is destroyed if it has ATK machine emperors ATK is reduced. But shooting star dragons first effect is you pick up 5 cards from your deck and you attack as many times according to the number of tuner monsters you picked up out of the 5 cards from your deck then you put them back on top. but the effect can only activate during your battle phase.     so in conclusion the affect can work but it depends on luck and you can reduce its attack and if you have another monster with more attack and eliminate machine emperor and the parts wasted there effect. sorry if you dont understand what iam saying

Also, since you can synch during opponent's turn, you can due this to avoid the targeting of Machine Emperors effect, so it will miss its target and the effect will disappear, don't forget, it's a once per turn absorbtion, so yeah.
Plus the whole multipe attacks ability also helps. If he gets rid of every part of one limb, then its effect disappears.

that confused me too. what's more confusing is that it didn't completely disappear, the picture reverted to the w jump scan and the effect and attribute were removed as well as the atk and def points. And now the page is back to normal. very strange...

If you have [[Stardust Dragon]] and [[Formula Synchron]], and your opponent attacks...there is a kind of chain,you are allow to summon [[Shooting Star Dragon]].So your opponent is allow to attack again.That is what i think.
