Untitled[edit]

These cards should be released along with speed world 1 and 2 under the same ruling as the show. If yoour opponent doesnt have a turbo deck you can't turbo duel him/her and must use a normal deck. --Joshuamaru 19:59, October 10, 2009 (UTC)

????[edit]

u really think they should start with this type of card....they should just stick with the ones we have

Tag Force 5[edit]

Wouldn't it make a lot of sense to include Speed Spells in the Tag Force 5 (if there's going to be a Tag Force 5)? My reason being that practically almost 95% of the duels in seasons three and four of Yugioh 5Ds are turbo duels. The same with the machine emperors too. How would there be a main antagonist (Lucciano, Jose, and Placido) with out their star cards (which were all dueled on turbo duels so far!). Just a thought. -Yug18-11 12:19, June 13, 2010 (UTC)

Speed Spells from the WC Games[edit]

The site is seriously behind in regards to the game Speed Spells. Even some from WC 2009 are still missing. We need someone to upload decent pictures of them so we can make pages for them. Golden Key (talkcontribs) 16:14, March 29, 2011 (UTC)

You can create the pages and worry about images later. It's ok to have no picture for a while. But the articles should be created. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 17:01, March 29, 2011 (UTC)

Why is this an archetype?[edit]

In WC games, Speed Spells can be searched for in the 'card types' section, (similar to Synchro, Fusion, Monsters, Spells, Traps), so it should be a card type card type*, not an Archetype.
Also, I think they're more like a Game Mechanic, since they can only be used in Turbo Duels, where it's spinoff/side-game to the TCG/OCG game.
On another note, there are 148 Speed Spells in WC11, making it the largest 'Archetype' (if you continue to call it that), much bigger than Numbers. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 00:42, May 7, 2011 (UTC)

Are there any Speed Spells that are not also classified as Normal Spell Cards? If there aren't, then simply changing Normal Spell Card to Speed Spell makes a lot of sense. If there are Speed Spells that are classified as Equips or something else, that will make it more complicated. On a related note that I've been meaning to bring up for a while, I would aruge that "Speed World" and "Speed World 2" aren't really cards and such shouldn't be in every flipping decklist we have. In WC11, there are 2 different menus for Deck construction, 1 for Normal Duels, 1 for Turbo Duels. In Normal Duels, only Spell Cards can be selected, while the Speed Spell Cards are blacked out. In Turbo Duels, the Spell Cards are blacked out and you can only select Speed Spell Cards.
There are Normal Speed Spells, Ritual Speed Spells and Quick-Play Speed Spells in WC11. But this shouldn't be confusing; This might make it clearer; *fixed category link to correct link.
It seems to be implied in the anime, but in the WC games it's shown to be like that. In the games, the Speed Worlds are not part of the deck, they merely appear in the Turbo Duel as the duel starts. It seems to be like a Game Mechanic for Turbo Duels, so I agree on that. (You could hack for a Speed World card in the game, but it's a Normal Field Spell, so it can only be used (but slightly bugged) in Normal Duels, but you cannot select it when making a Turbo Duel Deck (it's blacked out as mentioned above)).-Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 01:05, May 7, 2011 (UTC)

Speed Spell Cards[edit]

Using the Yu-Gi-Oh Card Maker and my image editing skills, I've managed to create decent quality, almost exact imitations of the Speed Spell cards. Even if they're unofficial (I edited them together using the cards' original artwork, the Speed Spell logo I uploaded, and the Card Maker), can they be uploaded as the page image for the cards? I ask, as I see they're currently all using very low quality images. --TheMoonside (talkcontribs) 00:25, August 4, 2011 (UTC)

Only official images are allowed per the image policy. Thank you for the offer, but no. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 00:32, August 4, 2011 (UTC)
