• This is probably a dumb question but the text on the card is CLEARLY not the same as the one written on the page. The only reason I haven't corrected this is because this is the 2nd time I have seen it written that way on another site and was wondering if I missed something? Can you normal summon toy magician or does he have to be put in the spell card zone.

Can someone please explain why this card is secret rare? what makes it so good? the effect seems somewhat mediocre.

Also It's stats aren't really the greatest.

Used in emergency provisions?

If I set Toy Magician in my spell and trap card zone, then play emergency provisions, am I able to send toy magician to the graveyard as a cost for emergency provisions?--ILOD 07:57, May 7, 2010 (UTC)
