Prevention of speculation

Card subpages and tables

Y'know the best thing anyone can do is have a good idea. Once they start to execute it, the worst thing thing they can do is have another good idea. Such is the case with Dantman; a lot of his stuff is left unfinished as he starts new projects. No discredit intended. I don't know if or when he plans to get back to CardTable. You're better off asking him.

What I may end up doing is looking at {{CardTable}} and {{Card Table}} and pulling stuff from them into Template:CardTable2/sandbox, once I've gotten it split into separate templates for each card game. Dragon Lords

I noticed that you recommended the Dragon Lord Archetype page for deletion because it wasn't stated anywhere that those three Monsters collectively are the Dragon Lords. However, on each of their trivia pages (Besides Felgrand's) they're referred to as Dragon Lords. Take into account that they're the only 3 high leveled Dragons in the Rise of the Dragon Lords Structure Deck, and it seems reasonable, to me at least, that those three cards are the first TCG-exclusive Archetype made of cards in both the OCG and TCG, so I would recommend just modifying the page to be more like other Archetypes, as well as fixing the grammar. --174.39.254.27 (talk) 19:48, July 11, 2010 (UTC)

About the dragon lords. Hello .Well this is my first message in yugioh wikia to an user. I created the article Dragon Lords twice(both as a anonymous user)with the next goal: make known better about this little-known cards . My first try was deleted for TwotailedFox a long time ago(but it was deleted for be a poor article) and the second is the article called Dragon Lords(Archetype)(more complete and better than the first try),few time before that i created my a account in yugioh.wikia as Angellicantropo and now i know about to the possible deletion of my first article.

Despite this matter you talk about "withdraw the deletion nomination unless anyone else feels the page should be deleted." I know there are some problems in my article but it can be solved and we can upgrade and/or improve the article.

Missing Tag Force 1 character articles.

I see that you were the one who created most of the current articles in the first place. Do you have a link or something to a listing of the Japanese names? Or did you translate them yourself? I'm playing through the game right now, and would be willing to create the missing articles as I go along, though I'd rather not have a mostly bare infobox with only the english names. Booster pack images?

Do you know where people find the booster pack images like File:RGBT-BoosterEN.jpg? I knew some of them came from ShriekTCG, but these are watermarked and are typically replaced with non-watermarked versions later. That was me. My apologies. Is there a way to make mention of new type/attribute/archetype hero fusion monsters as 'omni' it is a fan created term, but actually it is catching on. They have to be called something in our culture and calling them 'type' 'attribute' and 'archetype' heroes or monsters isn't nearly as interesting as calling them Omni. Spanish Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia help

Hi, as you may have seen, I'm a Spanish Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia admin and I need your help. Please take a look at the Template:Card4, at the Set thing, if you can fix to make the content without links appear in black when its a Spell/Trap/Fusion Monster Card since any text (except lores) appear always in white, and since the background of the box is white too, the text without links is not seen. Yeah, Zeratul removed the default colors (white background and black text) to fix and now the TCG sets don't appear. The error in some card articles was that if theres not an English Set, there was not the Spanish one. By the way I'm trying to make a new card template similar to the one used here. I made a test of the new template but it needs some fixes and I don't know how to fix them. I took parts of an old card template used here and the actual CardTable2 and some of the fourth Card template from the Spanish wikia. Loser

This loser keeps reverting the edit that you made and is constantly adding unconfirmed information on the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Decade Duels page, despite being told not to. He's also defaced my talk page. If you could ban him temporarily, or at least tell him to STFU, that'd be great. This idiot has also added the false release dates in the past, so he's clearly obsessive with the game and isn't going to stop easily. "Welcome" Template

Is it alright if I create my own "welcome" template? Before you answer, I will inform you that the purpose of that template is to welcome new users to the Wiki (obviously), but also to inform them about the things they can do on this Wiki, besides editing mainspace articles (i.e. Dark Magician, Akiza Izinski, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX - Episode 064, etc), including editing their own userpage, as well as talking to other users.

I don't see why that would be necessary. However, that gives me an idea. "Rock (Tag Force)" should redirect to "Rock (character)". With nearly every other TF character who shares a name with another page being quanlified with "Tag Force", it may be something people would search for. Thank You for your Quick Response. I have been active for quite a while although there has been a gap in my activity. I am down to using the library computer for most of my stuff so I cannot do scans myself right now. However I have started re-uploading the Images under the Names they are supposed to be after the official English Names were released. I am in TSHD (JPN) right now converting the names in the galleries to make it so the images show up in the galleries and are showing up under the standard naming convention. I am also going into the Individual Card Galleries while I am at it and getting them working right. This would just be a lot easier with renaming and deleting privileges. As it stands someone will need to come behind me and delete any old identical files. With the option of renaming I could even keep using the original files and keep (Hopefully) the original contributor's name intact. Glittersword 22:48, July 26, 2010 (UTC)

Return of the Loser

• Dynamicgrimking is once again acting like a baby who can't get his way. He's removing all the content from the Decade Duels talk page, as well as my userpage and my talk page. It started because I undid his edit which removed his crying on the Talk page, which he removed because he was wrong about the release date and didn't want anyone to know. I just found that ridiculous since he kicked up such a fuss about the release date, and now, just cause he's wrong, he thinks he can just wipe the slate clean of all the sh!t he did before. Anyway, regardless of that, because he can't get his way, he immediately resorts to defacing my page. Card/Set gallery template?

{{newGallery}} used to be used to get everything before to the images. It can still be used for set galleries. {{GalleryHeader}} is used for card galleries these days, since it reads names from the card article, but it doesn't cover any of the <gallery> syntax. -- Deltaneos (talk) 21:42, July 27, 2010 (UTC)

He doesn't seem to be too fond of the wiki. He's listed "People will believe anything they read on a wiki." as a funny fact about Yu-Gi-Oh! So getting him to help out here may be a stretch or at least kinda awkward.

I don't really read that as he doesn't like this wiki (or wikis in general), merely that they should be treated with a grain of salt (which they should).

The first point for deciding what to do with such cards would be getting a full list of them, and then tracking down their ultimate sources. And I've been working under the assumption that the forums would get split; I had, in fact, been meaning to do it myself when I could finally be arsed about it.
