I was kind of surprised that you'd break our rules (you probably know how strict we are about the rules) while trying to become a deckbuilder. Besides that, I have someone doing a trial for me who's already completed the Oz deck. Anyways, completing two decks a week is too much. We expect the deckbuilders to test the decks somewhat (between free online dueling programs or just proxying the cards). Hello! My name's Psychid, and I'm kind of old here on this Wiki (old enough to get familiar with most of its rules and regulations, at the least). In case you're wondering how I found you, I think I noticed your username in the "Recent Activity" section. In that case, let me be the first to say this: GLAD TO MEET YA, MAN! =D ...Just so you can get a better idea of the kind of person I am, I'll give you a little information about me: At this point in my life, I'm not really comfortable with giving out my real name. If there's one thing I know about chatting online, then it's the fact that you can never be too careful. However, I am comfortable enough to give away these following facts: I'm a guy I'm 18 as of July 20, my birthday I'm skinny; and I mean really skinny (fortunately, I'm not emaciated) My favorite shows/series include Yu-Gi-Oh! (duh =P) and its successors, Total Drama Island, Mystery Science Theater 3000 and RiffTrax (both of which are epic win), and Glenn Martin, DDS (in my opinion, I think it's an okay show, although I wish that the show's creators/producers would work on the timing of the humor, as well as tone the adult humor down a bit. But it's not bad, once you get used to it!) With the exception of Yu-Gi-Oh! (in most cases, anyway), you're probably either not familiar with any of those series, or are familiar with them, but aren't really a fan of them. In either case, I totally understand. Last, but not least, I am a highly sensitive person, in terms of feelings ...Wow, is that a lot to know. =O I can be found on some other sites, too; I'm mostly found on FanFiction.Net. Feel free to read my stories there, if you want; sick humor will be ensued, since humor is my strength when it comes to writing stories. XD I suggest you look at my userpage, just so you can see what other Wikis I can be found on. One Wiki that I probably haven't included is the Yu-Gi-Oh! Fan Fiction Wiki, a place where you can obviously post YGO-related stories and whatnot. An extra Diamond Dude: I think 2 is the perfect number, as a really good target for Destiny Draw and Allure, as well as getting those cards' effects without a cost (minus the Allure). I run 3 but that's because I have more Normal Spells than you. No Dunkers: You have Destiny Draw, and he is really one of the worst D - Heroes. Hand Destruction would work way better in the deck. A possible minus 1 for Doomsday Horror: 2 Doomsday Horrors AND a Burial From The DD is not needed. It's really up to you; either minus 1 Doomsday Horror, or minus 1 Burial. Burial is faster, but Doomsday can possible (probably) get more D - Heroes back in your Graveyard, but is slower. A possible minus 1 for Phantom Skyblaster: I get where you're trying to get at, but sacrificing for Dogma/Plasma isn't your main goal. You already have Malicious, Dasher,and Gorz. I don't need to go through Burial anymore.. A possible minus 1 for Lightning Vortex: Pretty okay, but Plasma and Dragoon should keep things under control. It's up to you. SUGGESTIONS: Hand Destruction: Already said. Plaguespreader Zombie: No you will NOT be Synchro Summoning, but really good for a Plasma/Dogma Tribute as well as having a great combo with Diamond Dude (also reusable with your Doomsday Horror(s)/Burial). Reinforcement Of The Army: Uhm, yeeeaaahhhhh. Summoner Monk: Gets rid of useless Trade-Ins/Polymerizations/Fusion Gates/etc. However, CANNOT BE TRIBUTED. Pot Of Duality: It's going to be a MAJOR staple, and works well with Diamond Dude. If used in combo with Diamond Dude, you CAN still Special Summon that turn, AND activate another. Well, you can if you you his second effect, but that means DED would not be Fusion Summoned, meaning you can't use his revival effect. PLUS DED states, "A Fusion Summon with this monster can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters," meaning you can't substitute with The Hex Sealed. I suggest you take him out of your Side Deck. The only problem is that I don't have a lot of those Dark Counterparts, and I plan on buying a lot of them, but Dark Grepher outside of my price range. Allure of Darkness and Bottomless Trap Hole are also cards that I don't have that are a little too pricey for my current funds. And I only have one Dark Bribe. You seem to go more off playtesting than the card-advantage theory, which in general isnt a good idea. I'm just going to say that you don't have to use all the Dark Counterparts. You deciding you want to use them all hurts the deck a lot. Choose which ones would be best utilized and focus around them. Other things you might want to know is that Dark Grepher is the best dumping card there is. Drop Armageddon Knight unless you run Necro Gardna and maybe Burial from the Different Dimension. I've seen you around the site and I've loved a lot of the decks you've made, and you've clarified a lot of things for me in other sections of the forums too. You made a Neos+Yubel deck which I really loved, so I made one, but it turns out you can't use Stardust and Yubel as a combo, because Stardust can't activate it's effect when Yubel tries to kill herself, because it happens during resolution. Just wanted you to know that; the deck still works incredibly well without that help, but just wanted to fill ya in if you didn't know. Also! I notice that you've set up YVD tournaments before. That stands for Yugioh-video-duel I'm guessing? I'd be really interested in that, because the closest card place to me is roughly 30 miles and they don't always have tournaments when they say they do.
