Re: Advice

Well don't worry if you are not the best in your language, what it matters if the name is close enough to its translation. Oh and speaking in translation and advice, do NOT use online translators, they are really bad. Just try your best at translating it. I sometimes get the feeling that i'm in a tight spot about the Portuguese Names. But it all works out in the end.

Well i don't know if unregistered users receive emails about their talk pages or anything like it. But if the names are close to its translation you don't need to worry about it. Oh and 1 more thing, I don't know if there are Croatic cards but if there aren't please make sure to put Unofficial Name or Lore. Easy, look if there is actual cards with the names. Most of the Anime cards have unofficial names, because their hasn't been a dub yet (In some cases). If the names of the cards and the page are the same it is official, if not then it isn't official. For Example only the old cards have the official PT name. Portugal doesn't care a lot about Yu-Gi-Oh! That's why they stopped making cards at the "Legend of the Blue Eyes". Hello

The blogs are a relatively new feature at Wikia; they were enabled for new Wikis after Blogs were introduced, but activation for existing wikis was left on an individual basis. I have no major objection, but by all means, start a forum topic on it to gauge how other users feel about it.

As for Polls, while I have no outright objection, my only concern is the space available on the Main Page; I don't believe it's possible to achieve an adequate balance with what we currently have on the front page, that would allow the Poll to have appropriate coverage, and at the same time, give the actual Wiki content the coverage it needs. "Overlay" Archetype

Hey hey hey. "Overlay" does not qualify as an archetype yet. In order for it to be classified as such, there must be a card that mentions "Overlay" in its card text (much like the card text of "Hand Power" introduced the "Hand" archetype, since it specifically mentioned "Hand"). At the very least, it qualifies as a series, as they generally revolve around Overlay Units/Xyz Material (off the top of my head as I write this). Please stop what you are doing. Just because cards share the same word in their card names does not make them an archetype or series. Read the definitions on those pages please. Eh... There may be an exception for the "Moon" cards that Luna uses, but only 2 "Moon" monsters are shown so far. I say this because her very name hints that she uses a "Moon" Deck. Wacky Names

Can I discuss some name translations with you? You've been doing a good job, I just want to se if we're on the right page. One issue I'd like to mention is wether or not we should give Dragoascencion a Croatian nominal or not, since it's obviously a pun for Dragon and Ascencion. I don't know what nominal that might be, though, or if it would be a good idea or not. The other issue are the names of those dragons in the last episode: I believe the TCG will only use Protect Dragon and Drain Dragon as their names, and I'd like to make the names as least complicated as possible, but since a great portion of their initial title is beared in their full names (divine Dragon of ovo-and-ono), and now I'm unsure how to translate them fully. Will-o-the-wisp

What do you think what the official Croatian translation for this term should be: so far I was using the word "tintilinić" after that ember spirit from Ivana Brlić Mažuranić's "Tales of Old" (gosh, this sounds so wrong...)... So anyway, until then, I don't think we had an official name for the will'o-the-wisp, but in "Brave" (Merida Hrabra) they are called "Plameni Krijesci". Anime pages should use the names the English dub uses. If that's what its called in any episode, that's what that episode article should call it. In the case of undubbed episodes, following the precedent set by previous dubbed episodes makes sense. So yes, anime articles shouldn't ever be using "Number C". Uh, x I need advice. Shock blocked me for Continuing to tag valid images for deletion, etc, despite being told multiple times not to. I'm changing my ways I stopping with the tagging of pages, but I though what I was doing to pics legal. Existing or not No duplicates allowed right? I really thought I was doing the right thing. Can you help out as in tell me what I did wrong. I'll wait for my block Please don't change it. This no tagging valid pic thing is new for me. Like your episode pics for example, no tagging those right and I haven't. I really am changing, I don't know what whatever I did, but I guessing it was a mistake. It's because of the Eevee gallery you know you saw right? Please don't be mad. I swear I know my wrongs with the articles, but in my defense you or shock didn't bring really up anything about pictures. I just need a little education this and I'll promise I'll learn from it. Half-assing articles

The articles don't HAVE to be made. If we didn't add the articles for "Odd-Eyes" or "Song of Blessing" right this second, neither the world, nor the Yu-Gi-Oh! community, would explode. "Your capacity" isn't very much - you even tagged "Song of Blessing" as a LVAL TCG card. If you insist on making unnecessary pages, then at least be thorough.
