The claim that they have all been incorrect is simply unfounded. Especially with regards to rapid seed fire. What you claim regarding that card makes no sense and you have no grounds to claim that it's shown effect was a cost. You have given no counterargument here, just vague fluff that amounts to you saying, "You're wrong. Watch the episode." I already did, and I already gave my overarching argument in my edit summary before. You want better details, here they are.

Yuri says he activates his Spell Card, then states that he sends "Predaplant Cordyceps" from his Deck to the GY. Nowhere does the dialogue imply he's activating its effect after the Spell Card is activated. Because of this absence, it implies that he's only applying the effect that resolves upon the Spell Card's activation (like "Gouki Cage Match" or "Fire Formation - Yoko").

You may think it's nonsensical for a card to only inflict minor damage like that, and only once, but there are often "pointless" cards in the anime (whose purpose is only to move the Duel in the 'envisioned' direction), such as "Infestation" and "Reserve Cyclone".

Like I said before, the anime frequently ignores logic / rulings in its Duels, such as "Singularity Fiend" being used to negate a Fusion Summon (which is literally impossible; only the card effect that Fusion Summons can be negated, not the Summon itself, since it uses the Chain) and "Relay Soul" being activated when your LP becomes 0 (you immediately lose when your LP becomes 0, no exceptions, even in the early days of YGO).

We know for a fact that Yusho negated the Spell Card's activation (not effect activation). And it is impossible for a player to activate a Spell's effects until the Spell Card's activation has resolved first (see "Infernity Launcher"). So if you were correct, it should been impossible for Yuri to pay the cost... but we know for a fact that Yuri managed to send "Predaplant Cordyceps" from his Deck to the GY. The only way that could have happened is if the card's activation had a cost, which implies the mill effect is an effect that only happens when the card resolves (like the 1st effect of "Hysteric Sign"). --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 02:35, 9 May 2019 (UTC)

Just so we get Rapid Seed Fire straight

• "Performapal Sky Magician" allows the activation of Continuous cards before the S/T is actually activated (if a Spell/Trap Card would be activated), therefore making the "The timing makes it impossible" point false.
• "Magician's Right Hand" cannot negate any acivated Spell effects, only Spell Cards.

You do not get to say that a card is played inconsistently to their text using only another card with no visible text as evidence, how "it would make more sense this way" is completely irrelevant, otherwise there would be absolutely no point in this site because everyone could interpret cards however they damn please.

And for the record, claiming that I am abusing my powers to revert unfounded opinions over hard facts only makes you look pitifully childish.

I repeat the warning I gave you on Discord: stop reverting it, or you will be banned.
