Yami Yugi, known as Dark Yugi (闇（やみ）遊戯（ゆうぎ）, Yami Yugi) in the Japanese version, is a character in the Tag Force games. This is a video game version of the anime character, Yami Yugi.

Profile

武藤（むとう）遊戯（ゆうぎ）が千年（せんねん）パズルを完成（かんせい）させた事（こと）によって、遊戯（ゆうぎ）の心（こころ）の中（なか）に宿（やど）ることとなった、もう一人（ひとり）の遊戯（ゆうぎ）。
「闇（やみ）のゲーム」で悪（あく）を裁（さば）き、罰（ばつ）ゲームを科（か）していく。
武藤（むとう）遊戯（ゆうぎ）の事（こと）は「相棒（あいぼう）」と呼（よ）んでいる。

あらゆるゲームの達人（たつじん）であり、後（のち）の世（よ）には伝説（でんせつ）として知（し）られることとなる最高峰（さいこうほう）のデュエリスト。
海馬瀬人（かいばせと）をライバルとしてその実力（じつりょく）を互（たが）いに認（みと）めている。
また、本来（ほんらい）の人格（じんかく）の遊戯（ゆうぎ）と同様（どうよう）に、城之内（じょうのうち）とは強（つよ）い友情（ゆうじょう）で結（むす）ばれており、城之内（じょうのうち）自身（じしん）が自分（じぶん）を真（しん）のデュエリストと認（みと）められる時（とき）が来（き）たら、デュエリストとして闘（たたか）う事（こと）を約束（やくそく）していた。
真崎（まざき）杏子（あんず）は、この「闇（やみ）遊戯（ゆうぎ）」に想（おも）いを寄（よ）せているが、本人（ほんにん）はそれに気付（きづ）いていない。

過去（かこ）の記憶（きおく）は失（うしな）われており、自分（じぶん）自身（じしん）の記憶（きおく）と真（しん）の名（な）を取（と）り戻（もど）す事（こと）が、彼（かれ）の望（のぞ）みである。

「ブラック・マジシャン」とそれを軸（じく）にしたコンボを中心（ちゅうしん）に、「ブラック・マジシャン・ガール」や「クリボー」「デーモンの召喚（しょうかん）」をはじめとする多彩（たさい）なカードを使（つか）いこなす。
「三（さん）幻神（げんしん）」のカードを手（て）にした後（のち）は、その神（かみ）の力（ちから）をも使（つか）いこなした。

When Yugi Muto could complete the Millennium Puzzle, another Yugi began to dwell within his heart.
He passes judgment on evildoers in Dark Games, and inflicts penalty games on them.
Refers to Yugi Muto as "partner".

A master on any and all kinds of games, and a duelist with the highest possible levels of ability that will be regarded as a legend by future generations.
Sees Seto Kaiba as his rival, and both of them recognize and respect each other's skills.
Like the original Yugi, he is very close friends with Jonouchi, and has agreed to duel Jonouchi once he considers himself to have become a true duelist.
Anzu Mazaki harbors feelings for Dark Yugi, but she does not seem to be aware of it at the moment.

Having lost the memories of his past, he wants to recover both his memories and his true name.

He focuses on Dark Magician and various combos based on it, and he also makes excellent use of many other cards, including Dark Magician Girl, Kuriboh and Summoned Skull.
Upon obtaining the Three Egyptian God Cards, he began to use the full extent of their abilities as well.
