"The Cause of Everything!!" (全ての元凶！ Subete no Genkyō!) is the thirty-seventh chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V manga.

This chapter was first printed in Japanese in 2018's issue 10 V Jump, released on August 21, 2018 and in English in 2018's issue 39 of Weekly Shonen Jump, released August 27, 2018.

As Yuya is on the verge of victory in his duel against Eve, she unleashes the power of Genesis Omega Dragon to survive the final attack.

Turn 5: Yuya
"Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon has declared a direct attack against Eve. In response, Eve activates the Pendulum Effect of "Mystic Hell Gate" as she controls no monsters, allowing her to destroy all the cards in her Pendulum Zones then Special Summon a Pendulum Monster from her hand. She destroys "Hell Gate" and "Mystic Heaven Gate" and Special Summons "Genesis Omega Dragon" (0/0).

At this point, Eve is rendered unconscious after using "Genesis Omega Dragon", and the latter takes over the duel.

Yuya attacks "G.O.D" with "Phantom Dragon", but G.O.D activates his own effect as it was selected as an attack target, it can place one Pendulum Card from his hand, Deck or Extra Deck and place it in his Pendulum Zone, negating the attack and ending the turn. G.O.D places "Nova Portal" into his Pendulum Zone (PS 12), negates "Phantom Dragons" attack and ends Yuya's turn.

Turn 6: Genesis Omega Dragon
As a new turn has started, the effect of "G.O.D" activates increasing its own Attack by 1000 (0 → 1000). Next, he activates a second effect, allowing him to destroy as many cards on the field, equal to the number of cards in his Pendulum Zone. As he controls 1 card in his Pendulum Zones, he chooses to destroy "Phantom Dragon". G.O.D declares a direct attack against Yuya, however the latter activates the Pendulum Effect of "Enter-Mate Odd-Eyes Valet", reducing the damage he would take from the battle by 300 LP for each Pendulum Monster in his Extra Deck. Yuya has 4 Pendulum Monsters in his Extra Deck, therefore the damage he would take is reduced by 1200.
