Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters: Pyramid of Light is a novel based on the film, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light, known as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters: Pyramid of Light in the Japanese version.

The story is divided into a prologue, 5 chapters and an epilogue.

While the storyline follows that of the film, a number of changes are made. It states that the Pyramid of Light was made by Akhenaden in a failed attempt to recreate the Millennium Puzzle for his son, Seto.

The book contains a character analysis section, which gives profiles on the characters. It goes into detail on the Decks of Pegasus, Yugi and Kaiba, including their complete Decklists, ratings for attack, defense, speed and combo, along with various strategies.
