These special packs are issued at Tournaments, and often contain unique cards not count in any other set. 8 '''Tournament Packs''' (トーナメントパック ''Tōnamentopakku'') have been released, with are a new "[[Champion Pack]]" series set to succeed these of packs. As of [[Tournament Pack 8]], they are being retired. Most Tournament Packs held very rare deck staples such as Morphing Jar, but the majority that were prints of filler cards that held no particular useissued at Tournaments.
They often contain unique cards not found in other sets, as well as reprints of older cards in [[Super Rare]] and [[Ultra Rare]] rarities. Eight Tournament Packs were released. Most Tournament Packs include very rare deck staples such as "[[Morphing Jar]]", as well was unreleased ''[[OCG]]'' cards, although these usually held no particular use.
 
They were succeeded by the ''[[Champion Pack]]'' series.
