*If "[[Beast King Barbaros]]" or "[[Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast]]" is Normal Summoned without Tributes and has its ATK/DEF changed, then if it is flipped face-down by an effect like "[[Book of Moon]]", then the effect which changes its ATK/DEF is no longer applied, so "[[Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast]]" returns to 2800/2000.
