If "[[Wrath of Neos]]" attempts to return the [[Token Monster]] to the Deck, then the [[Token Monster]] disappears instead, so "[[Wrath of Neos]]" does not destroy the cards on the field because you did not return the [[Token Monster]] to the Deck.
