This promo card was given as prize by Kids WB Television for winning the '''Return to Battle City "Duel of Destiny" Contest''' on May 15, 2004, the tournament was organized to celebrate the release of the [[Battle City]] arc on Kids WB held an on-air contest asking a simple question to which monster Joey Summoned during his duel againt Kaiba/Yugi/Marik in their Four-way face-off. First alloted Only 100 copies were printed and distributed together with 100 "[[Exclusive Pack]]s" for the first 100 answered recieved classified at the promo pack in "Duel of Destiny" tournament, moreover the mail 6-8 weeks later as winner received 4 passes for the World Championship 2004. The cards were not distributed at the Kids WB event itself, but were delivered to their prizeowners only at the World Championship.
