Otohime appears in the video game , [[Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008]]. She first appear, when you beat the three duelist in the sea of World Two Sunlight and after beating her, she will show you the gate to World Three Civilization. By beating her the first time, she can be unlocked as a single dual opponent and by beating her ten times, she can be unlocked as a tag partner.
