Hi. I was playing a Chain Burn Deck and ran into an issue. "[[Stealth Bird]]" survived an attack. Then, on its owner's turn, he flipped it face-down, Flip Summoned it, and wanted to flip it face-down again.
According to [[http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Yu-Gi-Oh!_5D%27s_World_Championship_2010's_World_Championship_2010:_Reverse_of_Arcadia|Reverse of Arcadia]], this is illegal.
