You are declared the Winner when any of the following conditions are met:
- You possess all 5 pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One in your hand, in an Exodia Victory.
- Destiny Board is on you side of the field, and all 4 Spirit Messages are present, in a Destiny Board Victory.
- When your monster remains alone on the field at the end of your turn, after you have activated the effect of Last Turn, in a Last Turn Victory.
- Your opponent's Life Points drop to 0.
- Your opponent runs out of cards when he is required to draw a card, either as part of his Draw Phase, or as part of a card effect, such as Cyber Jar.
A Duel is declared a Draw if the following conditions are met:
- Both players simutaniously draw all 5 pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One, such as during the first draw of the game, or via card effects like Morphing Jar or Card Destruction.
- Both players Life Points drop to 0 simultaniously, such as with Ring of Destruction.
- Self-Destruct Button is used, to drop both players Life Points to 0 simultaniously.
- When your monster and your opponent's monster both remain on the field, on the turn that Last Turn is activated.
