When "Chaos Number 107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" attacks directly, Kite activates this card to Special Summon "Number 46: Dragluon" from his Extra Deck. A replay occurs and "Chaos Number 107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" attacks "Dragluon", but this card's second effect makes the ATK of "Dragluon" the same as "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon".
