Card layoutEdit
In the Series 1 and 2 layouts (only ever used in Japan), the ATK of a Monster Card is displayed in the upper of the ATK/DEF boxes, located in the lower-right corner of the card, to the right of the card text box.
From the Series 3 layout onward, the ATK of Monster Cards is displayed in the lower right corner of the card text box below a horizontal line, to the left of its DEF.

- The highest original ATK outside the anime or manga is 5000.
- The highest printed value of an ATK increase effect belongs to "Number iC1000: Numeronius Numeronia", which gains 100,000 ATK.
- The highest printed value of an ATK decrease effect belongs to "All For Naught - Bubble Burst", which has monsters lose 1 million ATK.
