In the Japanese games, it is described as:

Chocolate wrapped in exquisite, elaborate fashion. Make no mistake when handing this to someone else.

Acquisition

Like all present items, Chocolate can be obtained in all games from the Item Machine or be given by characters upon entering an area, in Tag Force 4 by talking to Nervin, in Tag Force 5 and 6 by talking to Zora.
