Card Trivia:Uria, Lord of Searing Flames
- This is one of the cover cards of the Collectible Tins 2006 Wave 2, Structure Deck: Sacred Beasts of Chaos/Structure Deck: Sacred Beasts, and Speed Duel GX: Duelists of Shadows.
- This monster appears in the artworks of "Awakening of the Sacred Beasts", "Dimension Fusion Destruction", "Hyper Blaze", "Phantasmal Martyrs", and "Phantom of Chaos".
- This card is the Sacred Beast counterpart of "Slifer the Sky Dragon", noted by its red color, serpentine body, sharp, pointed facial features and second mouth, in addition to their similar ATK-increasing effects. However, while "Slifer" is the Egyptian God entity of lightning, "Uria" is the Sacred Beast entity of fire.
- This card shares an evil version with "Slifer the Sky Dragon"; "The Wicked Eraser".
- The Sacred Beasts are named after angels in Judeo-Christianity; "Uria"'s name is an alternate spelling of the name of Uriah, which means "the Lord is my light".
- This is the only one of the Sacred Beasts (excluding their fusion, "Armityle the Chaos Phantom") not to have 4000 original ATK and DEF.
- In a 60 card Deck, this monster's maximum ATK will be 59000 if all 59 Continuous Trap Cards are in the Graveyard.
- In this card's first appearance in the anime, it had an effect similar to "De-Spell" but for Trap cards. However, when this card was later used by Yubel against Adrian Gecko, its effect was reconned to allow it to also destroy Spell cards similar to "Mystical Space Typhoon" to better reflect its effect in the real life game.
