• In episode 110, Jim Crocodile Cook uses this card during his Duel against Tyranno Hassleberry. He summons this card via "Fossil Fusion", fusing his "Sample Fossil" and Hassleberry's "Ultimate Tyranno". The effect of "Sauropod Brachion" then activates, switching itself to Defense Position. This card then attacks "Sauropod Brachion". Jim then activates this card's first effect to swap the ATK and DEF of "Sauropod Brachion". This card then destroys "Sauropod Brachion" and inflicts piercing damage to Hassleberry, winning Jim the Duel.

• In episode 129, Jim Summons this card during the Battle Royal between Jaden Yuki's friends and the Duel Ghoul army. This card attacks and destroys Chazz Princeton's "XYZ-Dragon Cannon" before it attacks Alexis Rhodes and "Cyber Angel Dakini". Alexis and Jim then use their monsters to help ward off the Duel Ghouls surrounding Jaden so that he can get to Marcel on time. Later "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon" attacks and destroys this card (how this happened is unknown, but Chazz may have activated the second effect of "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon" to switch this card to Defense Position when he used "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon" to attack this card).
