"The Man Who Sits on the Throne" (玉（ぎょく）座（ざ）に腰（こし）掛（か）ける男（おとこ） Gyokuza ni Koshikakeru Otoko) is the tenth chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS Luke! Explosive Supremacy Legend!! manga. It was first published June 21, 2021, in the V Jump magazine.

Summary

In his quest towards finding "Kings" to challenge, Luke runs into Neiru Saionji's loyal servant, Sebastian.

Turn 1: Sebastian
Sebastian Normal Summons "Scarechair Gear" (0/1200), "Scarechair Bone" (0/0) and "Scarechair Saber" (0/1400). Sebastian Tributes "Bone" to Tribute Summon "Scarechair Chiroplant" (0/???). Sebastian activates the effect of "Chiroplant" to gain LP equal to the number of face-up DARK Attribute monsters on his field with 0 ATK x 300 (Sebastian: 4000 → 4900 LP). Sebastian Sets a card in his Spell & Trap Zone.

Turn 2: Luke
Luke activates the Spell Card "Pot of Greed" to draw two cards. Luke draws two unknown cards. Luke Normal Summons "Draco the Tiny" (0/1400) and "Twin Edge Dragon" (1000/0). Luke Tributes "Draco the Tiny" and "Twin Edge Dragon" to Tribute Summon "Steel Strike Dragon Metagias" (2500/1500). Luke Sets two cards in his Spell & Trap Zones. Luke activates the effect of "Metagias", sending a Level 7 or higher Dragon Type monster from his hand to the Graveyard to prevent it from being destroyed by battle or Sebastian's Trap Card effects until the end of this turn, then allow it to declare a second attack on a monster this turn if it attacked a monster. Luke sends an unknown monster from his hand to the Graveyard. "Metagias" attacks and destroys "Chiroplant" (Sebastian: 4900 → 2400 LP). As Sebastian's Attack Position DARK Attribute monster with 0 ATK on his field was destroyed by Luke's attack, Sebastian activates his face-down Trap Card "Collapsing Chairs" to destroy all Level 8 or lower Attack Position monsters on the field, then each player sends cards from the top of their Decks to the Graveyard equal to the number of monsters destroyed this way. Sebastian destroys "Saber" and "Gear", then tries to destroy "Metagias", but due to its effect, it is not destroyed, then he and Luke both send two unknown monsters from the top of their Decks to the Graveyard.

Turn 3: Sebastian
Sebastian Normal Summons "Gear" (0/1200) and "Bone" (0/0). Sebastian Tributes "Gear" and "Bone" to Tribute Summon "Throne of Darkness" (0/2500). As Sebastian has eight or more monsters with 0 ATK in his Graveyard, he activates the effect of "Throne of Darkness" to Special Summon a Level 7 or higher monster with 0 ATK from his hand to his field in Attack Position. Sebastian Special Summons "Dahut, Dark Ruler of the Chair" (0/2400) from his hand in Attack Position. Sebastian activates the effect of "Dahut", sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to increase its ATK by the Level of another face-up monster with 0 ATK on his field x 500 until the end of this turn. Sebastian sends an unknown card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard and chooses "Throne of Darkness" ("Dahut": 0/2400 → 4000/2400). Sebastian activates the Spell Card "Zero-Sum Game", shuffling eight monsters with 0 ATK from his Graveyard into the Deck to switch the ATK of a face-up monster on his field with the ATK of a face-up monster on Luke's field until the end of this turn. Sebastian shuffles eight unknown monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck and chooses "Throne of Darkness" and "Metagias" ("Throne of Darkness": 0/2500 → 2500/2500; "Metagias": 2500/1500 → 0/1500). "Dahut" attacks "Metagias". As Sebastian's monster declared an attack, Luke activates his face-down Trap Card "Rising Dragon Zone", shuffling three Dragon Type monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck to return all monsters on the field to the owner's hand, then each player Special Summons a monster from their hand face-up to their field. Luke shuffles three unknown monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck and returns "Metagias" from his field to his hand and "Throne of Darkness" and "Dahut" from Sebastian's field to his hand, then Luke Special Summons "Metagias" (2500/1500) from his hand in Attack Position while Sebastian Special Summons "Throne of Darkness" (0/2500) from his hand in Defense Position. As Sebastian Special Summoned a monster in Defense Position, Luke activates his face-down Trap Card "Gate of Dragon", shuffling a Dragon Type monster from his Graveyard into the Deck to change 1 of those Special Summoned monsters to face-up Attack Position, then while that monster is face-up, it must attack this turn, if able. Luke shuffles "Draco the Tiny" from his Graveyard into the Deck and changes "Throne of Darkness" to Attack Position. "Throne of Darkness" attacks and is destroyed by "Metagias" (Sebastian: 2400 → 0 LP).
