Card Appearances:Yamiruler the Dark Delayer
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS Episode 4, Gavin Sogetsu uses this card during his Rush Duel against Yuga Ohdo. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing two Set "Ancient Turtle Protectors". Gavin then activates "Bonded Bowing" to change this card to Defense Position and draw one card. He then activates this card's effect, changing it back into Attack Position and preventing both players from Tribute Summoning Level 7 or higher monsters until the end of Yuga's next turn as long as this card remains face-up. Gavin then activates "Shield & Sword" to swap the ATK and DEF of all face-up monsters on the field (this card's ATK stays at 2500 due to its DEF also being 2500) until the End Phase. This card then attacks and destroys Yuga's "Dark Sorcerer" (whose ATK was 0 due to "Shield & Sword"). On Yuga's next turn, Gavin activates "Scroll of Salutation" to return "Yurushima the Hermit" to his hand and change this card to Defense Position. Later, Yuga's "Sevens Road Magician" (whose ATK was 3600 via its own effect) attacks and destroys this card.
- In Episode 11, Gavin Sogetsu uses this card during his Rush Duel against Romin Kassidy. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Binding Chain" and "Ancient Turtle Protector". He then activates this card's effect, changing it to Defense Position and preventing both players from Tribute Summoning Level 7 or higher monsters until the end of Romin's next turn as long as this card remains face-up. On Gavin's next turn, he activates the effect of "Modorina the Light Retriever" to return this card to his hand. He then Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Modorina" and another copy of "Ancient Turtle Protector". He then activates this card's effect, changing it to Defense Position and preventing both players from Tribute Summoning Level 7 or higher monsters until the end of Romin's next turn as long as this card remains face-up. Gavin then activates the effect of "Nandes the Fire Awakener" to change this card back into Attack Position. This card then attacks directly. On Romin's next turn, she activates "Lullabind" to change this card to face-down Defense Position, ending this card's effect. Romin then activates the effect of her "Esperade the Smashing Superstar" to destroy this card and one copy of "Nandes".

Gavin the activates "Shield & Sword" to swap the ATK and DEF of all face-up monsters on the field (this card's ATK stays at 2500 due to its DEF also being 2500) until the End Phase. This card then attacks directly. On Galian's next turn, he activates "Darkness Approaches" to change this card to face-down Defense Position, ending this card's effect. Galian then activates the effect of his "Shield Boring Kong" to destroy this card and increase the ATK of "Shield Boring Kong" by 1000 until the End Phase.
- In Episode 41, Gavin Sogetsu uses this card during his Rush Duel against Rayne Nanahoshi. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Crying Moon Rabbit" and "Princess Liarth the Attribute Star". Rayne then activates "Shadow Flower Art of the Sickle Lily" to change this card's original ATK and DEF to 0 and prevent it from using its effects (due to this card being a Warrior-Type) until the End Phase. During the End Phase, this card regains its ATK, DEF and effects. On Rayne's next turn, she activates "Attribute Shift Bomb" to reveal "Etraynze the Shadow Flower Ninja" in her hand and change the Attribute of all monsters Gavin controls to the same Attribute as "Etraynze" - EARTH. Rayne then activates the effect of her "Gajumaru the Shadow Flower Lion" to change this card's original ATK to 0 until the End Phase. "Gajumaru" then attacks and destroys this card. On Gavin's next turn, he activates the effect of his "Icezark the Unequaled" to place this card and "Kimeruler the Dark Raider" from his Graveyard to the bottom of his Deck to Special Summon "Semeruler the Dark Summoner" from his Graveyard.
- In Episode 50, Gavin Sogetsu uses this card during his Rush Duel against Nail Saionji. He activates the effect of his "Karchizark the Unequaled" to send this card from his hand to the Graveyard to increase the ATK of "Karchizark" by 1000 until the End Phase and add "Hero of the Yeast" from his Graveyard to his hand. On Nail's next turn, Gavin activates "The Three Dark Rulers" to return this card, "Kimeruler" and "Semeruler" from his Graveyard to his Deck and inflict damage to both himself and Nail equal to the ATK of "Yggdrago the Sky Emperor", ending the Duel in a DRAW.
- In Episode 69, Gavin Sogetsu uses this card during his Rush Duel against Oceania Illumilina. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Masaki the Legendary Samurai" and "Hero of the Yeast". Gavin then activates "Bonded Bowing" to change this card to Defense Position and draw one card. He then activates this card's effect, changing it back into Attack Position and preventing both players from Tribute Summoning Level 7 or higher monsters until the end of Oceania's next turn as long as this card remains face-up. This card's presence of Gavin's field allows him to activate "Cursed Sword of the East" and destroy Oceania's "Anglercoilfish". This card then attacks Oceania's "Zap Zap Octospark" but Oceania activates "Shocking Rebone" to inflict 400 damage to Gavin. Since Oceania has no Thunder-Type monsters in her hand, this card's attack continues and "Zap Zap Octospark" is destroyed. On Oceania's next turn, she activates the effect of her "Showering Seaferno" to increase its ATK by 800 until the End Phase, reduce this card's ATK by 800 and inflict 800 damage to Gavin. "Seaferno" then attacks this card, but Gavin activates "Lucky Mask of Omens" to increase this card's ATK by its Level x 100 until the End Phase. The attack continues and this card is destroyed. On Gavin's next turn, he activates the effect of "Mezame the Ringing Alarm" to return this card from his Graveyard to his hand. He then Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Masaki" and "Hero of the Yeast" (which were Special Summoned in face-down Defense Position by "Wondering Warrior"). He then activates "Fusion" to fuse this card with "Needlkyrie the Celestial Seamstress" to Fusion Summon "Yamiterasu the Divine Ruler". Gavin then activates "Sword Skill - Ruler's Slash" to return this card from his Graveyard to his Deck and increase the ATK of "Yamiterasu" by 2500 until the End Phase and destroy Oceania's "Umi".
- In Episode 74, Gavin Sogetsu uses this card during his Rush Duel against D.K.. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Yurushima Sage" and "Ancient Turtle Protector". He then activates "Fusion" to fuse this card with "Needlkyrie the Celestial Seamstress" to Fusion Summon "Yamiterasu the Divine Ruler".
- In Episode 83, Gavin Sogetsu use this card during his Rush Duel against Rino Nanahoshi. He activates the effect of "Kimeruler" to send this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard to allow "Kimeruler" to attack directly this turn. He then activates the effect of "Mezame the Ringing Alarm" to return this card from his Graveyard to his hand. He then Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Mezame" and "Ancient Turtle Protector". Gavin then activates "Bonded Bowing" to change this card to Defense Position and draw one card. He then activates this card's effect, changing it back into Attack Position and preventing both players from Tribute Summoning Level 7 or higher monsters until the end of Rino's next turn as long as this card remains face-up. This card then attacks and destroys Rino's "Flower Fan Clematis". On Rino's next turn, he activates the effect of his "Durga the Shadow Flower Submarine" to destroy this card and "Kimeruler". On Gavin's next turn, he activates the effect of "Semeterasu the Divine Ruler" to Special Summon this card from his Graveyard. This card then attacks directly, winning Gavin the Duel.
- In Episode 90, Gavin Sogetsu gives this card to Yuga Ohdo. Yuga Ohdo later uses this card during his Rush Duel against Otes. He activates the effect of "Yggdrago the Sky Emperor" to send this card, "Constructor Wyrm Buildragon" and "Kuribot" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard and destroy Otes' "Sevens Road Magician". On Otes' next turn, "Yggdrago" is destroyed by the effect of Otes' "Road Magic - Dark Twilight", allowing Yuga to activate "Parallel Evolution" to Special Summon this card and "Buildragon" (as they have different Types) from his Graveyard in Attack Position. Otes then activates the effect of his "Sevens Road Mage" to reduce this card's ATK by 900 (400 plus 100 for each Spellcaster-Type monster in Otes' Graveyard - there were five: "Sevens Road Wiz", "Sevens Road Sorcerer", "Sevens Road Enchanter", "Sevens Road Warlock" and "Darkness Rogue"). Otes' "Sevens Road Witch" then attacks and destroys this card. In the next episode, this card was shown when Yuga was counting the number of Attributes in his Graveyard for the effect of his own "Sevens Road Magician". This card was then shown when Yuga was counting the number of Types in his Graveyard for the effect of his "Sevensgias the Magical Dragon Knight". In the following episode, Yuga activates "Perfect Sevens" to return this card, "Multistrike Dragon Dragias", "Prima Guitarna the Shining Superstar", "Royal Rebel's Heavy Metal", "Yggdrago the Sky Emperor", "Constructor Wyrm Buildragon" and "Supreme Skystream Magnum Overlord" from his Graveyard to his Deck to gain LP equal to the DEF of "Sevensgias" and allow it to attack three times this turn.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! Episode 50, Yuga Ohdo (as That Guy) uses this card during his Rush Duel against Damamu. He activates "Share Summon" to select one monster he controls that was Special Summoned this turn and then draw one card and show it. Yuga selects "Sevengias" and then draws and reveals this card, so Yuga Special Summons this card in Attack Position as its Level is lower than the Level of "Sevengias". In the next episode, Yuhi Ohdo (who has taken over the Duel from Damamu) activates the effect of his "Jointech Burst Dragon" to destroy this card and "Prima Guitarna" (as both had 2500 or less ATK), destroy one of Yuga's Set Spell/Trap cards and increase its ATK by 500 for each monster destroyed by this effect until the End Phase. Since two monsters were destroyed, "Jointech Burst Dragon" gained 1000 ATK.
