An Athlete Counter is a type of counter used exclusively by "F.A. Shining Star GT". They are placed on "F.A. Shining Star GT" every time a "F.A." Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated, mimicking the effect of the other "F.A." monsters that increase their Level instead.
