Bay parking
The bay parking is a location in New Domino City.
Events
At the World Racing Grand Prix opening ceremony, Yusei and his friends went after Primo, who they believed to be Ghost. However Vizor confronted them in the parking bay and discouraged them from chasing Ghost, as they would neither be able to reach or defeat him. He then challenged Yusei to a Turbo Duel to demonstrate the "Synchro solution" needed to defeat Ghost.[1]

In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus, the entrance to the combat lane is located here, but is used for practicing Duel Runner races and testing Duel Runners.
