'''IchisaiBoss''' is the Superintendent from the Tour Riding Group.

Ichisai Boss is the one who builds up the scheme to have [[Yusei Fudo]] kidnapped. After Yusei wakes up and Ichisai Boss tells him where his from. Yusei is puzzled at why such organization would do that. However Ichisai Boss tells him that those others who really don't know this group assumes.

After Yusei asks him why was he abducted, Ichisai Boss reveals to him the reason along with his devious methods to make it happen. Knowing that Yusei is the winner of the [[Fortune Cup]], Ichisai Boss intends to make recruit onto his team for the [[World Riding Grand Prix]]. Though Yusei obviously declines stating that he already will enter in with his long time friends, [[Jack Atlas]] and [[Crow Hogan]].

Ichisai Boss clarifies that he doesn't care, assuming that no matter what Yusei will join them. As he reveals that they will even use their doctor's psychology in Yusei so that he can achieve these goal. As Yusei replys that that sort of thing wouldn't be allowed, Ichisai Boss abruptly states that it will, as only them and him know about this and no one else.
