When this card is Normal Summoned, put 1 Spell Counter on it (max. 1). Increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for each Spell Counter on this card. By removing one Spell Counter from this card, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

In other media
Don't let the Initial 1600 ATK put you off this card. When you Normal Summon this card to the field, it becomes a 1900 ATK Monster. However, with a Special Summon, it remains at 1600.
But, it's a very versatile card. It can destroy any card on the field, period, be it on your side, or on your opponent's side, by sacrificing a Spell Counter. But, it's Limited, so you can only use one of these in your deck. Oh well.
