"Active Guard":

Valon used this card in all of the on-screen duels he participated in. It was first used in his duel with Rebecca and Duke. It was summoned through the effect of "Armored Gravitation". Valon then had his "Big Bang Blow" attack "Diamond Head Dragon", but Rebecca activates "Mirror Force" to destroy all of Valon's monsters. However Valon then used "Trap Buster"'s effect to negate the effect of "Mirror Force" and destroy it. The attack continued with "Diamond Head Dragon" destroying "Big Bang Blow", but this activated "Big Bang Blow"'s effect destroying all monsters out and inflicting damage to each player equal to the total ATK of each monster they controlled. Valon then tributed this card to negate the Battle Damage that would have caused him to lose the duel. Rebecca and Duke then took damage from the effect of "Big Bang Blow" winning Valon the duel.
