- In episode 22, Commander Koda used this card in his Ground Duel against Akiza Izinski. He Special Summons it via "Crime and Punishment". "Black Garden" then halved the ATK of this card and summoned a Rose Token to Akiza's side of the field. Koda pointed out that since his monster has 0 ATK it will lose no ATK. At the end of the Battle Phase, Koda used this card's effect to increase his Life Points equal to the Battle Damage he took from the direct attack made by "Violet Witch". On Akiza's next turn, she has "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" attack the Attack Position Rose Token Koda had out. It wasn't destroyed by the attack, but Koda still takes Battle Damage from the attack. After damage calculation, "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" is destroyed by its own effect. The second effect of "Amaryllis" then activates, inflicting 800 damage to Koda. At the end of the Battle Phase, Koda uses this card's effect to increase his Life Points equal to the Battle Damage he took from the battle between his Rose Token and Akiza's "Amaryllis". After "Black Garden" was banished by the effect of "Mad Profiler", its effect no longer applied to this card. This card played no other part in the Duel after that.
