"Aqua Madoor":

In Seto Kaiba's Duel against the Duel Machine, the machine Special Summoned this card in face-down Defense Position via the effect of Cyber Jar along with "Wall of Illusion". The Duel Machine later Tributed this card and "Wall of Illusion" to Summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

This card can be seen during episode 159 when Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor are taken to vault within Doma's headquarters that contains copies of every card in existence at the time save the Legendary Dragons and the Egyptian Gods.
