Anime appearancesEdit

Dark SignersEdit

  • In episode 33, this card is shown in a flashback Crow has when he remembers the days in which Kalin was Yusei, Jack, and his friend, and that they (as the Enforcers) would defeat other groups in Satellite and claim the locations by the defeated groups and set some sort of satisfaction to their living situation. Crow uses this card during his Ground Duel against a member of the Magician's Four. This card attacks and destroys "Skilled Dark Magician", winning him the Duel.
  • In episode 52, Crow uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Greiger. He Synchro Summons this card via the effect of "Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor". Crow then Special Summons "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind" via its own effect. This card then attacks "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE". Due to this card's first two effects, it is not destroyed and Crow takes no Battle Damage. A Wedge Counter is then placed on "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE". Crow then removes the Wedge Counter from "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE", reducing the ATK and DEF of "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" to 0 until the End Phase. "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind" then attacks and destroys this card. In the next episode, Greiger activates the second effect of "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" to destroy this card. This card is later seen when Crow activates "Blackwing - Backlash".
    • In the English dub of Episode 52, Crow refers to this card as "Arrow Master" and calls the Wedge Counters it places "Arrowhead Counters".
  • In episode 62, Crow uses this card during his Turbo Duel with Jack Atlas and Yusei against Rex Goodwin. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Bora the Spear" with "Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield" (who was Level 3 due to it being affected by "Speed Spell - Tune Up 123"). Crow then Normal Summons "Blackwing - Elphin the Raven" with no Tributes via its own effect. This card then attacks "Sun Dragon Inti". Due to this card's first two effects, it is not destroyed and Crow takes no Battle Damage; a Wedge Counter is then placed on "Sun Dragon Inti" (as explained by Crow, with an accompanying flashback). Crow then removes the Wedge Counter on "Sun Dragon Inti" to reduce its ATK and DEF to 0 until the End Phase. In the next episode, Crow activates "Blackwing - Bombardment" to Tribute this card before he became too badly injured to continue dueling (as he used "Life Exchange" to direct the effect of "Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca" at him, causing his Life Points to be reduced to 1). In the following episode, "Stardust Dragon" attacks "Sun Dragon Inti". Yusei then sends "Blackwing - Bombardment" to the Graveyard in order to increase the ATK of "Stardust Dragon" by the ATK of this card (which is the subject of another flashback shortly after). "Stardust Dragon" then destroys "Sun Dragon Inti". This card is later shown when Yusei counts up the total number of Synchro Monsters in his, Jack, and Crow's Graveyard.

Pre-World Racing Grand PrixEdit

  • In episode 72, this card appears within a series of flashbacks Akiza Izinski has when she notes that within the speed and wind of a Turbo Duel, Yusei has felt the anger, screams, pain, and joy of his friends and rivals.
  • In episode 79, this card appears in a flashback Crow has when he notes to Jack that by defeating Goodwin they were able to unite New Domino City and Satellite.

World Racing Grand PrixEdit

Ark CradleEdit

  • In episode 153, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Crow has when he notes that Yusei and Jack are right on the fact that the emotion and feelings that they input into their cards and Duels will never change. He then notes that he's been fighting for the orphans up until now and that's how he will always Duel.
