In episode 12, Yugi and his friends were showing to each other what their favorite card was. Bakura showed this card and states it's his favorite. Yami Bakura would later seal Bakura's soul within this card.

Yami Bakura used this card in his Duel against Yami Yugi. Yami Bakura attempted to use this card to take control of Yami Yugi's "Dark Magician" and win the duel, however since Ryo Bakura's spirit was inside the card(because like Yugi and his friends, his soul was sealed by Yami Bakura within his favorite card) he chose to take control of "Lady of Faith" instead, preventing Yami Bakura from winning. Bakura told Yugi to attack, but Yugi didn't want to send his friend to the Graveyard, but Yami Yugi quickly uses his magic to make both Bakura and Yami Bakura swap places, therefore Bakura was now the one Yami Yugi was Dueling and Yami Bakura became "Lady of Faith".

In episode 16, this card can be seen in Kaiba's briefcase when he takes out a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Joey.

In episode 26, this card can be seen in Kaiba's briefcase when he takes a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Pegasus.

In episode 109, this card appears in a flashback Leichter has when he explains to Seto that his treachery began when Gozaburo gave him a large amount of dollars to test Seto's business skills.

In episode 116, this card appears in a flashback Kaiba has when he notes that he remembers that he promised to be a father to Mokuba and protect him no matter what. He didn't treat Mokuba well initially when he threw him out, but he did that so that no matter what happened to him, Mokuba would still have a family.

This card was later used by Noah Kaiba against Yami Yugi. He uses it to take control of Yugi's "Dark Magician". He then tributes "Dark Magician" and a "Spirit Token" to summon "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi".

While dueling Kaiba in Battle City finals, Yugi activates this card during Kaiba's main phase in order to take control of Kaiba's X-Head Cannon so that he cannot use it as a tribute to summon Obelisk the Tormentor. Kaiba thwarts this with "Enemy Controller", paying 1000 Life Points to take control of "X-Head Cannon" however before he could summon "Obelisk", Yugi used "Lightforce Sword" to banish "Obelisk" for three turns.

In the Spanish Anime this card was known as "Cambio de Corazón", which literally means "Change of Heart".
