Card Appearances:Chthonian Soldier
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
- In episode 2, Chazz Princeton plays this card against Jaden Yuki. He attacks Jaden directly with it after "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman"(who Chazz took control of with "Chthonian Polymer") destroys "Clayman". Jaden destroys it during his turn with "Elemental Hero Sparkman", but this activates this card's effect, making Jaden take the same amount of damage that Chazz took. Chazz later activates "Call of the Haunted" to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. He then Tributes it to Summon "Mefist the Infernal General".
- In episode 12, Chazz plays this card against Bastion Misawa. He Summons it on the first turn of the duel. It is then destroyed by Bastion's "Hydrogeddon", but this activates this card's effect, making Bastion take the same amount of damage Chazz took. Destroying this card activates "Hydrogeddon"'s effect, allowing Bastion to summon a second one to the field. That "Hydrogeddon" then attacks Chazz directly. Chazz then activates "Call of the Haunted" to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. He then plays "Inferno Reckless Summon", letting him Special Summon two more copies of this card, while Bastion is permitted to Summon a third "Hydrogeddon". Chazz then equips one copy of this card with "Chthonian Alliance", increasing its attack by 800 for each copy of it on the field. With three copies on the field. The "Chthonian Alliance"-equipped copy gains 2400 ATK. Chazz then uses that copy to destroy a "Hydrogeddon". Bastion then destroys the weaker copies with "Oxygeddon" and one of the two remaining "Hydrogeddon", however each time he destroys a copy, he takes the same amount of damage that Chazz takes. However by getting rid of the weaker copies, The "Chthonian Alliace"-equipped copy has its ATK decreased to 2000. Chazz then Tributes his remaining copy to Summon "Infernal Incinerator".
- In episode 46, this card is seen in a flashback of episode 2.
- Chazz called this card "Infernal Warrior" once during his duel with Jaden.
- The attack in the Japanese version was called Hell Attack, while in the English version it was Wind Storm Slash.
